Hell with computers

I have a T that says "Hell with computers", and people are surprised to see a computer engineer carry this caption... My answer to them is this...

Computers are great, they have helped people a lot, mostly in the field of communication and banking. Apart from that... nothing... I believe they can make human life a lot easier, but we are not there yet... we still dont have interconnected systems that can be deployed at our homes - like a central computer for a home, which can record TV, also keep track of inventories, play music, authenticate people coming into the house, accepting messages when no one is home... etc etc.

We can do a number of amazing things... we just dont have a big company push such a technology, we dont have the open source community working on it...

And when i say hell with computers.. i mean to hell with the work i am currently doing... i am working for a big company to make sure they come out with a good product which will eventually help people... but i want to mark eventually in bold... you see it is indirectly, that the consumer is going to benefit, not directly, and i wish i was working towards making this happen...

Psychological Slavery

The follower is stupid;
he follows out of his stupidity.
Because he cannot depend on himself,
he starts depending on somebody else.
He is a psychological slave,
and psychological slavery is a deeper slavery
than all other slaveries.
It is very subtle; you cannot see it,
but you can feel it.

hmmm I agree with this.
